Do you find losing weight is a constant struggle? Have you exhausted every avenue and still can’t seem to shift that last bit of fat? Do you need a medical weight loss management plan? We may have found the solution for you – Saxenda, a revolutionary, FDA approved, game changer prescription medicine that is created solely to help you lose excess weight.

The risk of diabetes, stroke and heart attack are very much real when you are obese, however hunger pain is equally real and is hard to keep up. Following a low-calorie meal plan is not easy. For those who struggle to lose weight, we understand your desire and your frustration, which is why we provide medical weight loss treatments at our clinic. Sometimes, all you need is simply a kickstart and an ignition of motivation. At Harley Street Medical Doctors, we have helped countless of people to achieve their goals.

Saxenda works by regulating your appetite, it means you will feel less hungry, you will feel full quicker and longer after eating. Imagine standing on the scale, looking at your target weight, all without the hunger pain. Science has evolved; so should we. Studies have shown that Saxenda helps you to not only lose weight but keep it off as well.

What is Saxenda?

Saxenda is a long-acting glucagon-like-peptide (GLP-1) agonist. It regulates your appetite and can make you feel full faster, and prolong the sensation of satiety. By not eating as much, you will lose weight and unlike all the other dieting fads out there, this treatment can help keep the weight off.

The great thing about Saxenda is that it is one of the most flexible fat loss injections treatments in the UK which can be taken at any time of the day, so your schedule is not impeded. If paired with a healthy diet and a good exercise regime, Saxenda has proven to be one of the most effective non-invasive treatments out there. A Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) of 3,731 participants shows 9.2% in body weight reduction by taking Saxenda compared to a placebo. This finding has revolutionised the way we approach medical weight loss management.
